Here I'm davvening the morning prayers in the multi-faith room in the Victory Chapel at the USAF base at Al Udeid, Qatar - thus the desert uniform. When "downrange" (in the theater of operations for Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom), the chapel serves as an island of calm, an antidote to a very busy, noisy, and (on the surface) chaotic place.
