About Us

I am a Reform Rabbi, a graduate of Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion.  Until 2008, I was an active duty chaplain in the U.S. Air Force ; I am currently on a sabbatical from the professional rabbinate while I study in the graduate school at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs

I am married to Clara, who in addition to taking care of our children and me, works as a massage and bodywork therapist.  We have two children:  Eyal and Ma'ayan.  Both kids attend the American Hebrew Academy in Greensboro, North Carolina.  We live in Colorado Springs.

I will always have fond memories of my time in the Air Force and was honored to serve the troops as a chaplain, and I have also very much enjoyed being a congregational rabbi.  For now, I am very much enjoying being a full time student until other interesting opportunities present themselves.
Weddings

Because there are not many rabbis in Colorado, I occasionally receive requests from outside my community to officiate weddings for unaffiliated couples or those planning a destination wedding in Colorado.  If you need help in this regard, feel free to contact me by clicking on "Contact Us."

Other Ministries

In addition to my full-time studies, I am involved in a variety of non-profit work in Colorado Springs.  I serve on the Board of Trustees of Interfaith Hospitality Network of Colorado Springs and on the Board of Directors of the Center for Christian Jewish Dialogue.

 Where's Clara?

If you are looking for the website of Clara Levy, my wife who is a Bodywork Therapist in Colorado Springs, you can find it here.
